Welcome the New Year with exquisite food, fine wines, and views of Copenhagen’s harbour. At Amélie, we invite you to celebrate New Year’s in the beautiful setting of the Opera House, where Danish-French gastronomy and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand.
We will toast the evening with champagne and snacks before the kitchen serves a special seven-course New Year’s menu. Look forward to everything from langoustine with bisque and Piedmont hazelnuts to venison with beetroot and bordelaise – accompanied by carefully selected wines that make each course something special.
We round off the evening with kransekage and cava. And when the clock strikes twelve, fireworks and panoramic views of the harbour await from the Opera House balcony. An evening with room to savour, raise a glass, and celebrate the New Year in style.
And you can start as early as 6:00 pm!
