The Opera House in Copenhagen and the building’s magnificent architecture are worth a visit in their own right. At the same time, the Opera House is a unique venue for hosting spectacular events, conferences and other private functions in Copenhagen.
Almanak at the Opera House provides food and wine service for private events held at the Opera House. Planning and hosting events at the Opera House takes place in close collaboration with The Royal Danish Theatre.

Almanak in the Opera House restaurant offers a spectacular panoramic view of Copenhagen’s canals and historic Copenhagen. In these surroundings, your guests can enjoy an exclusive dinner based on great taste, seasonal ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.

The grand space with four balconies offers many possibilities—whether you are hosting a gala dinner, a magnificent reception or a conference in distinctive surroundings. When you hold your event at the Opera House, you also have the opportunity to make use of the large forecourt by the water—let your guests arrive directly by boat, for example, and have musicians welcome them from the square in front of the Opera House.

Takkelloftet at the Opera House is a so-called black box stage, making it suitable for many types of events. The adjoining foyer offers a beautiful view of the old dock and is ideal to include as part of your event.
