Vi havde forudbetalt for en 3 retters menu, som var ens for alle. Der bliver sat 2 flasker vand p\u00e5 bordet, og vi bestiller lidt drikkevarer. Menu: forret af noget fisk, meget l\u00e6kkert men utrolig lille anretning. Hovedret: vildsvin og rosenk\u00e5l! Vildsvin er sejt og aldeles ikke m\u00f8rt! Rosenk\u00e5l ligeledes. Betjeningen var mekanisk og uinteresseret \u2013 retterne blev hurtigt remset op, og b\u00e5de tallerkener og vandflasker blev sat h\u00f8jlydt p\u00e5 bordet. At tage kr. 425 for denne teatermenu er uforskammet og latterlig. Forretten bestod af nogle sm\u00e5 stykker hvide asparges med et par \u00f8rredrogn drysset henover. Hovedretten var s\u00e5kaldt pluma - som tjeneren ikke kunne forklare hvad var, men som viste sig at v\u00e6re 6 sm\u00e5 skiver af en svineudsk\u00e6ring t\u00e6t p\u00e5 nakken. Der var vel Max. 50 g k\u00f8d, som nok var m\u00f8rt, men ikke smagte af noget. Hertil ledsaget af 4 gr\u00f8nne asparges og en gr\u00f8n salat. Desserten viste sig at v\u00e6re noget koldsk\u00e5lsagtigt - klaret k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk, ledsaget af et jordb\u00e6r et stykke hvid chokolade. Priserne er som p\u00e5 michelin tidligere, det er st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 retterne ogs\u00e5, desv\u00e6rre f\u00e5r man ikke tilpas mange retter for at blive m\u00e6t af oplevelsen. Vi fik 1 skive k\u00f8d til en hovedret. Det er under al kritik.
